A great local place for some "down home" cooking. Everybody seems to know everybody here. I met several former employees who were there having lunch. There's nothing bad on the menu, you really can't go wrong here.

Good food, fair prices, large portions and most of all grest service grom very nice folks.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to dine at the Galaxy Diner in Stuart you are truly missing out on an amazing experience, the food is exceptional with a wide variety of daily specials, the portions are large and the staff is friendly and professional. The other night I tried one of my favorite dishes, Shepherds Pie, I am received my meal and I must admit, the BEST Shepherds Pie I have ever had. The ingredients were fresh and cooked and presented perfectly!Keep in mind this was just one of the many choices I had for a dinner special. Quite often the owner/chef will venture out to make sure your experience was the best it can be.Thanks Galaxy Diner for a fantastic dinner experience!John

I ate here on a Saturday & the breakfast was delicious. Typical eggs sausage toast hash browns. Couple of weeks later I came in on a Wednesday for breakfast with my son. It was unfortunate that the hash browns tasted old & sour. Obviously these hash browns were not fresh that morning. Needless to say I haven't been back since. You have a 50-50 chance of getting a good breakfast. 😔

This hidden gem of a restaurant NEVER EVER disappoints! Tonight we had the grilled chicken cesar wrap and snapper/pasta with a balsamic glaze (photos posted) and both were exceptional! Plus the staff is outstanding! Our waitress Katie is such a sweet young lady. Treat your tastebuds ... you will not be disappointed with the food or service!

I saw good reviews for this place and was hoping it was as nice as most had said but we came in and I immediately got a not so happy vibe. There was barely anyone inside eating and the staff seemed not so happy to be there and not that pleasant in general. My daughter started touching the jelly container and the waitress instructed her not to touch it because of the virus. I probably should have left at that point because that's trying to tell customers not to touch things while they're sitting at the table and that's ridiculous! Do your job and wipe it down after we leave. The seafood pasta was hot and yummy but some fish was so overcooked in it, I almost thought I was eating potato. It's about average as far as food goes in my opinion. If we ever go back, hopefully we will have a more friendly experience.

My Greek salad was skimpy. I added blackened chicken which was tasty. Not nearly enough leafy greens, feta, tomatoes, etc. I expected more for the money.

Hostess was nice, place was cozy, food was good. HOWEVER, I found hair on my plate of pancakes, a little too close to the pancakes for my liking. I brought this up with my server Shelia, and she said “oh, it’s just an eyelash. It’s not actual hair.” Excuse me Shelia, but I am currently in med school and in Anatomy, we learned that eyelashes ARE in fact HAIR, they’re just a softer hair that tends to fall out more often. Although Shelia did offer to get new pancakes, by the time the new pancakes would’ve came out, I would have been full. Pancakes that are reheated don’t taste as good as when they first come out. I asked if the pancakes could be taken off the bill and that I would pay for the other dish (I got the Hungry Man plate), she said no. So I ended up paying for pancakes that I didn’t enjoy. Service definitely needs some work, because I could have been a lot better.

Excellent menu, great specials, food is always abundant and tasty. Wait staff is very good, the Diner is Lively, often joined by happy people eager to enjoy fresh, hot food or excellent sandwiches. Greek fare is a nice addition to menu. Gyro, Spanokopita and Moussaka are outstanding. The location and parking are good.

Sunday brunch is good here. Lunch is also goid food.

Shout out to Donna for being such a sweetheart and serving my boyfriend and I for lunch every now and again, you're a joy! We always request her and really enjoy the comfort food. I usually order an omlete and home fries and G usually gets their gorgonzola salad with chicken. This place is a staple for us beucase they are consistently fast, affordable, clean, delicious and have a great staff!

My wife and I have eaten there several times. Staff is very polite and friendly. I got the roast beef with bacon-lettuce-tomato. That was the very best roast beef I have ever had. Will get that again.Great place to eat and good portions for the money..NICE JOB GALAXY DINER...

The service was horrible. Took over 1.5 hrs for breakfast. We almost walked out a couple of times. The food was cold and tasteless. Never got the juice we ordered. And it was way overpriced(when we finally got the bill). We will never go there again.

Very chill, quiet place that has a surprisingly robust menu. I love that you can get breakfast any time of the day. Specials are always good (Shepards pie is my favorite). Very clean and the staff are always nice and friendly.

This is a great mom and pop restaurant. The service is beyond exceptional and the team is very friendly and attentive. The menu is simple quick and easy and the meals well prepared. By the way, you MUST try the Jersey burger.Today was my first time but it felt like I've been there a hundred times before. I'll be back soon.
